A veteran of the real estate industry for over 20 years, he began as a contractor before nurturing spaces in the heart of a bustling Pune, since 2010, with the start of the Badhekar Group. Pravin Badhekar was born in a village in Ambegaon taluka, 100 km from Pune. He grew to become an avid admirer & supporter of maintaining a greener Pune, a vision close to his heart.

Badhekar Group's projects continue to reflect his vision for the city. He aims to provide warm spaces that people would be proud to call home. Over the past 15 years, he has created unique houses in Pune's Kothrud, Baner & Bavdhan. He not only gave new houses to the customers but, as one of the foremost redevelopers in Pune, also brought modernity to the old houses to create a new experience. Bringing new style to the same old belongingness in these places, that are as valuable as gold. Working towards a greener city, Mr Pravin Badhekar was the first to introduce the concept of roof gardens to Kothrud, which is limited to a few places in Pune.
